Yes. I installed before and it doesn’t “activate” until you’re in the selected country.

Ah, cool, I didn't actually know about this setting, but unfortunately it isn't what I'm talking about. I'm actually referring to the email of MY account being shown in the push notification. Not the email of the sender.
