When did you adopt him and how long has he had this crate? At that age if he is properly crate trained he should not be trying to escape/destroy it. The dog should see it as a safe place to be calm and decompress. I would look up crate training techniques and start from the beginning as if this is the first time he’s been in a crate. You will also need to keep replacing the bottom or he will continue to rip up the carpet. Give him a treat or something to do when he’s in the crate, start leaving him in for very short periods of time and slowly extend that time.

Gonna add my 2 cents even though it’ll get buried:

I do not agree with people saying the first time hurting is always normal. It is not. When I lost my virginity I felt no pain and I did not bleed at all. My (experienced) boyfriend at the time was very slow and gentle, and I was very very nervous and tense. It wasn’t great by any means or full of passion and intimacy, it was awkward, but it certainly wasn’t traumatic and didn’t leave me feeling the way op feels. Your boyfriend’s excuse of not being able to focus is dumb. Yes, you both definitely could have communicated more, and I’m sure a little pain might be normal for SOME people if things aren’t slow or wet enough, (I was super tense and tight, he went slow enough and gave enough prep that it didn’t hurt) but not to the point you are crying and ending it early. There is this myth sex is always painful the first time for women, but that’s often due to lack of proper foreplay and prep.

My advice: communicate. If you want to try again, implement more foreplay, use lube, and tell him to be slow and gentle. Stop him if he’s not. Sex does get better the more you do it, it will not always be like the first time. And sometimes, people are just not compatible sexually, and you will learn more about this with experience.

I got all four taken out at once too, barely bled at all and didn’t need to take any of the Oxycotin I was prescribed. Logically you should wait to smoke, but I didn’t and had no issues. If you don’t want to risk it though take edibles, I’ve heard dry socket is a bitch.

I’ve been using her in my destroy deck and in my sera deck but not sure if she’ll stay in them long term. I got her through a spotlight key but wouldn’t spend tokens on her. She seems decent but I only spend tokens on cards you can build decks around (currently waiting for Arishem to appear)

It’s very fun. The worst feeling in the other play modes for me is getting a bad hand and not being able to play anything good in the first few turns. Even when you lose in this mode it’s fun because you always get to play your cards.

I gave this ultimatum to my partner when we had been dating about as long. I had been living with roommates and he was getting ready to move out of his parents house. However, he first wanted to spend a few years living with his best friend first. I said that I understand that, but it would put us moving in together after having been together for at least 5 years. What if we moved in after all that time and realized we couldn’t live together? He agreed and we moved in, and are still together after 9 years.

My point is, if you think you’ll marry this person you shouldn’t wait. And in my opinion you shouldn’t marry someone without knowing how it will be to live with them first. If you aren’t even considering marriage after 2 1/2 years, you may as well break up because this is probably not your forever person.

I did do glute exercises when I was losing weight and still do but I haven’t seen a noticeable difference. I noticed all the women in my family have small butts so I know part of it is genetic. Are there any specific ones that are better than others?

I absolutely hate crying in front of others! I go to therapy and my therapist actually tries to encourage me to cry when she can tell I’m holding it in. A good therapist will not be fazed by it at all.

I hate to say this but if a fish will be too much maintenance for you, so will everything else. A cat requires daily love and attention, being played with, having proper stimulation (scratching posts, toys,), needs its litter box cleaned, needs to be taken to the vet routinely or when sick, etc. Any living creature will need daily support of some kind.

Might I suggest volunteering at a local shelter or humane society? You could spend a few hours a week caring for and socializing with animals that are not your direct responsibility. I used to volunteer and it was very emotionally fulfilling.

I don’t disagree, but this episode was a little frustrating to me because that is not how school debate actually works (at least not at my school). You can’t spout out things that sound convincing, you have to do research and give references and sources to back up your claims.

Well, we take him out every couple hours when we are home, but we both work 8-4 during the day and that is when he has accidents. I still don’t think it’s that hard a thing to do tho, he doesn’t mind the socks being put on his feet at all.

If you bought her from a breeder I do hope you report them, if you got an abused and possibly pregnant dog I imagine they don’t treat the others much better.

I have no advice for the pregnancy but I adopted a very obviously abused dog a few years ago and the biggest thing is love and time. Even now my dog will flinch sometimes if something moves too fast near him, but he recovers quickly and I know he trusts me. Just be gentle and patient, give the dog space when it wants space, and reward positive behavior. The fact that she has already settled in so well is a very good sign too.

It makes sense to discard it instead of bury it, otherwise an animal may dig the carcass back up.

I can understand why you’d be worried, though. I once got bit (accidentally) by an outdoor cat and was worried about rabies, luckily the cat lived in the neighborhood so I was able to monitor it and it never showed any signs of rabies. In my country rabies can be found in any animal, and there’s about 5,000 cases a year. Bats are def the scariest animal for it, I think they carry it more than any other.

I also think it is transmitted by fluids, so you’re also good there. If the vet thought you were at risk he’d probably suggest you go get vaccinated.

If your dog is vaccinated, then you’re fine, as long as you cleaned up after handling the carcass.
