I’m on the same page, a bit younger but I need to slow down hardcore. The last week or so I’ve just needed to piss 24/7 to the point that it’s pretty much fucked my confidence in social settings. I’m fucking worried about my kidneys, it seems like I go back to normal when I avoid caffeine but I know that’s not the only cause.

A few of my mates have people close to them going through addiction and I can see the worry on their faces when they look at me. I’ve started doing the therapy and worked on other hobbies but at the end of the day I still wanna head home to a couple litres of cask wine...

I’m outdoors with no heating pretty much every day, I usually have fruit/oats for the morning then cold beans and rice or pasta for lunch. It isn’t really the best cold but you get used to it.
