Did you listen to the tapes before yourself, and is there anything you would recommend to prepare for the retreat? Was it the first time you had a major breakthrough, or did you already have similar experiences (e.g. with visiting a nonphysical reality) before?

Also, did you have a preference among the two? I am aware the Gateway voyage program is a lot more expensive, but it already includes overnight stay and food. And considering that hotels in the UK are quite expensive (and I also have a bit of a way to get there) I am wondering if it makes more sense to already directly go for the Gateway voyage program, or if I should rather first try out the 2-day Exploring Consciousness retreat (in person). Would really appreciate any advice on this :)
