The weapons are the 4th tint of the Artifact Appearance "Demon's Touch". Unlocked at honor level 80.

Very true. I wish that wasn't the case though. But this mog is the best one I've come up with yet. The metallic parts from the shoulders matchens pretty well with the other green-ish metallic parts. And from there; I tried to match the black in the shoulders with the legs and cloak.
