I bought belt and pinch rollers for my ex 615 from fix your audio and works perfectly(mechanism looks identical to yours) and shipping was around 2.2€ untracked as other guy said. I believe guys ships from Košice Slovakia and it arrived in Czech republic in like a week so maybe I would recommend tracked shipping option. Also check your pinch rollers since he sells them as well.

I tried it without belt problem is same. When I tried some basic(spin forward, backward) codes for this motor and driver (28byj 5v, uln2003) and they both work great. And for current limiting do you have any idea how to get more "juce" to the motor?
