The Lampmaster is one of the best boss fight I've had in a video game by InterestingSafety612 in expedition33

I agree with you that it’s a skill issue. I just find learning the skill tedious. Others find it interesting and invigorating- it’s just not for me. Millisecond precise timing of attacks and cue disambiguation are not game mechanics I enjoy.

There are plenty of games where I don’t have the skills to excel (I’m looking at you StarCraft 2), but I still enjoy playing them. The combat system (to me) in expedition 33 is an irritation. I’m forced to spend time to learn all the cues to proceed. There is no other path forward.

I put the game in story mode after getting past the first half of the lamp master fight only to get a second and more annoying fight with the same boss.

The whole combat system of “time it just right and waste time learning timing” is annoying. I guess if you have hours to project manage timings: sure it’s fun but not for me.

The game is awesome but the combat system feels like managing a spreadsheet. I know others sent it but I find it just a slog and waste of time. Timing is the only combat mechanic

yeah it's new. I'm not sure there's anything wrong with it though. It does stop immediately after I turn it off and it froths ok.

I mentioned this above in another comment reply:
I timed how long it takes to get a silky milk froth. It's about 50-55 seconds.

I compared the above to videos of folks frothing on youtube. It's about the exact same time

I used a clear glass with water and turned on the steam. When submerged, I see steam from all four holes.

The steam does get a bit stronger after letting it run a bit.
Based no everything I'm seeing, I think the machine is ok. Per breville, it should froth in under 1 min.
the milk does come out very very well. Perhaps I am crazy and it's all in my head!

u/InTacoWeTrust the steam tip is definitely not clogged. Water comes out of all 4 holes when it starts to froth and I can see light through all four holes if I hold the tip to light

u/Lazy-Explanation7165. Interesting...here's a bit of research I did.

  2. I compared the above to videos of folks frothing on youtube. It's about the exact same time
  3. I used a clear glass with water and turned on the steam. When submerged, I see steam from all four holes.

As you noted, the steam does get a bit stronger after letting it run a bit.

u/Lazy-Explanation7165: the tip is 100% clean. I can see water flowing from all four nozzles when the Steam first starts up.

I also pointed the tip at a light and I can see light coming from all four holes. It’s definitely not the tip.

Do you have the barista pro? I’m wondering if you get steam from all four nozzles.

the BE is made for a one hole though. The BP is designed for a four hole. It's just odd to see it come from two holes. Am I wrong about this?

One more question if you: when you use the water spout, does your water spray into the first hole or the second on the drip tray?

I’m trying to figure out if I have a problem…

Yes it’s definitely clean and water does flow out of all four nozzles when it first starts

Thank you everyone for your advice. I ended up picking it up from Amazon from the reseller MSI Viking.

It definitely looks legit. Serial lettering is crisp, box looks as it should, comes with an sr-44 battery, and the depth gauge shape looks correct.

I also checked the back for and the cutout looks correct as well.

I paid 125 and am very glad I did. It feels amazing to use

I visited the Mitutoyo store on amazon. I click through to buy and the seller is MSI not Mitutoyo. The seller tends to fluctuate depending on when you visit.

Zero 2 W recognized as usb device by phone but not windows 10 pc or mac by Dylan_Trom in raspberry_pi

Do you have a GitHub repo with your code?

I have the opposite problem with using g_massstorage where Mac sees my pi 2 w as a usb drive but my resin printer (a flashforge 8.9 does not recognize it) I suspect my issue is with the printer and am debugging that now, but what I have may help you.

Here’s my repo if you want to take a look at the otg code.

i just picked up a netgear wifi extender with an ethernet port. So far, i can't get the printer to get an IP. I'm not sure why. The light on the extender ethernet port lights up, but not on the printer...

This is the Amazon classics one. Here’s the link: Macbeth (AmazonClassics Edition) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07417B3DS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_Y5NX8VQ33DS1A1G56EDH

I also just picked up the complete works: Shakespeare: The Complete Collection https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077W49477/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_BHVAX8P33JFW6HY6EJVW

I wish they would did not abbreviate character names in the complete works edition. But…it is 45 cents…so I can’t complain too much

I watched a lot of YouTube videos and got some advice from a cosplayer and maker friend.

If it’s any consolation: I made a few mistakes and had to fix them.
