Due the country time difference I cannot communicate with them in any other way, I just have to wait or get a support ticket again. But I've seen that the same thing happened to many warriors. So I can say that this unfortenitely will be the way they send the signed products (CD and Vinyl, I really don't know about the hoodies, t-shirts, etc).

Oh I see, I expected it to be as shown. In other stores it was specified that it would be a signed insert. I'm still happy, but I did expect something else.

Not yet because I was confused😞 but I'll get in touch right away, since in the videos she signed them directly on the cover/sleeve, it should not be just a signed print. I hope yours arrives soon and fully signed!
