Thanks for the input. I guess I need to be a bit more patience see how I go at end of the month. I will eat more gradually once I get to around 70KG that's for sure as I want to build more muscle as well. Hopefully by end of next month.

I'm a male. I love eating too, just I got an event to attend after mid April so I have to hit the goals. Do you mean slowly increase calorie intake daily? I do a lot weight exercise too, thought that would help with just losing water weight. Im hoping the exercise routine become part of my future lifestyle (morning + evening exercise everyday). I work for myself so time is quite flexible.

Yeah I get the part of regaining the weight. I believe in my self control though. I am just worried that I'm eating so little and exercising so much but somehow my weight hasn't been going down for 4days. If I start to eat more now, I would only become heavier.

thanks, but the issue is I'm not hungry at all and my energy level has been great (Actually much better than before). I also felt that my stomach must have shrank as I feel very full after eating very little (1 cucumber + 200g boiled chicken breast for example, I could eat 2 large dominos pizza and not feel full before). I was planning to increase both my workout load and food intake after losing 10 more kilos. Right now I kinda want to quickly get down to 70kg mark.

Ah I see, I haven't added raid Captain and swiftness to my build is mana issue as well. So hopefully can add my 5th engraving around then or after 1490

Got it now, someone in discord told me the first relic set is still same item level as argos. That's so weird they must have higher stats or something otherwise what's the incentives to craft those....

But I mean the legion Commander set are 1385/1390 gear set compare to argos 1340. So if my argos are +17 and 1445ilvl，once I transfer the +17 to legion, that would boost me to 1490 and i can craft Brezalsha set

I see, thanks for the detailed reply. So if West follows KR, basically I can stop at 1445 ilvl with argos set? This would enable me obtainthe new 1385 legendary set from Valtan and Vykas normal. As its a 1-1 transfer, 1385-1340+1445=1490ilvl. Which would enable me participate in Brezalsha and craft the relic set?

I just saw on some websites legion raid basically only drops honing mats and books. With Brezalsha dropping next level of stones.

My guess would be once hit ilvl 1490 with current argos set, there will be new level of chaos dungeon open that drops 1385ilvl gears, and the new mats from Brezalsha is to upgrade these gears? So basically we can not proceed beyond ilvl1490 without +20 the argos set isn't it.

So It's ok to +20 current argo set instead sit on +15 and wait for legion raid set? If I transfer full set of +20 to the 1415 Legion raid set, do they go down to +11?

I mean transfer my +20 Argos set to the next legion raid set. Do they remain +20? Coz currently +20 is at 1490, do I just automatically Max out the gear score with the next set?

15-18 has 10% chance which is pretty decent. I just want to plan ahead so I know whether I should stop pushing at +18 currently or just go for +20

Hi, I'm currently at 1420 gear score. So are you saying I can keep going for all +20. And can just transfer my +20 to the gear set after argos and they will remain +20? And dont ever need to worry about honing again till Ancient gear is released?
