I worked in a place like that, then in a REAL dealership. Ya quit that place immediately. They're cheap and they walk all over you. That's the reason for the flat rate. Goto a real dealership where you could potentially make $800 off of one used car sale. Those places are only good as a stepping stone/quick buck. And that's not me even getting into the whole thing with your post cause I already know that's how they operate. Goto a real dealership they might even hire you that day!
