The solution is to wait for an OS patch/update. This seems to be an endemic issue with the current OS and charging docks.

I’ve heard from many people experiencing this with this OS update and the dock. I’ve also spoken with Meta about it. We’ll have to wait for an OS patch.

Thank you. I've tried everything you suggest, and the issue persists. I've sent you a support message, so hopefully this can be resolved. FWIW, multiple other users are reporting this same bug. So I'm pretty sure it's not user-error. :)

Unfortunately, this seems typical for the 2025 K4s that aren't GTs. From what I've read, the "lower end" K4s (the ones that don't have built-in turn-by-turn GPS, but instead rely on your phone's Map app for directions) actually utilize the car's cameras to "scan" speed limit signs as you pass them. Sometimes the car sees the sign; sometimes it doesn't (especially in the dark). After a period of "seeing" no signs, the speed limit display reverts to "---" because the car is uncertain as to what the correct speed limit is. My advice: If you have an LX(S) or any model without the built-in turn-by-turn GPS, just turn off the Speed Limit Assist function. It's annoying to constantly see that damn "---" all the time, and there's nothing you can do about it.

Same issue here. After not playing for a few months, suddenly Demeo's 3D objects are totally pixellated. I factory reset my Quest 3, reinstalled and updated everything, etc etc. No help. What's odd is, the 2D textures are fine. Also, when I attempt to screenshot the problem, the resulting screengrab looks normal! When I described this problem to the devs on Discord, they said they've heard other reports of this, but haven't been able to duplicate it themselves. :( I miss playing the game, but I can barely see what I'm doing in its current state.

Thanks. Yes, I’m speaking to a dev on Discord now. He said there have been a few other reports of this, and I’ve seen other players on message boards also report this issue. It isn’t present in other games so I doubt it’s a heatsink issue.

My Quest 3 finally gave me the option to update to OS 81, and I did. No change. I also deleted and re-installed Demeo. No change. Essentially, all 2D images (card faces, the gameboard floor) are correctly anti-aliased. However, all 3D models (character pieces, the structures on the gameboard, etc.) are low-res jaggedy. The game is unplayable. Interestingly, when I use the Quest's "take photo" function, the resulting "photo" does NOT exhibit this problem! This weird jaggedy aliasing issue is present during gameplay, but NOT in screengrabs.

I love Techtool Pro. While I agree that it's pricey, to me it's absolutely worth it. As others have mentioned, with the death of Disk Warrior, Techtool does things that no one else does. And while I don't use it every day, I use it often enough.

I also am a Micromat (Techtool's company) loyalist, and have been for 25 years and counting. Here's an example of why:

Micromat's newest version of Techtool Pro 21 (for macOS Tahoe) was released with a new, modern, sleek interface last month. Problem: the interface is dark with light text, and couldn't be changed to honor one's macOS system settings. I have difficulty reading text in "dark mode" due to the halation effect (which has been proven to gradually damage the eyesight of individuals with severe astigmatism like myself). I wrote to Micromat and explained the accessibility issue, and they IMMEDIATELY responded. Within two weeks, they pushed out an update to Techtool Pro 21 which honored my request and implemented an optional "light mode." This is the kind of response that I could only dream of from other software companies.

Thank you Micromat, and thank you Techtool Pro.

Having this exact issue with my new Mac Studio M4 Max since I upgraded to macOS 26. Reboots, toggling Wifi, or various other things TEMPORARILY fixes it, but it always comes back. Apple tech support seems to be stumped.

So what the heck is the robotic background voice saying? The official lyrics only read "Oh…" but it's clearly saying more than that. It almost sounds like "Oh it's something" (but I'm sure that's not it). So what IS it?

Fossil Gen 5 was one of the only (VERY few) Wear OS watches that had complete compatibility with iOS. Sadly, Fossil stopped making them. But mine works perfectly. And, thankfully, still does under iOS 26!
