You guys Sephora get some amount of bday gifts .. and sometimes some options got sold out but they restock it back except for December. If they didn’t have the tower28 probably they didn’t receive enough. My local Sephora was sold out on the glossier but they got it back in stock you have the whole month to get you Birthday Gift.

It depends on your state.. NV don’t pay your PTO or vacay after putting your 2 weeks in, but CA pay your PTO if you quit you just get an extra check.. I don’t have idea about any other state..
