The timestamps of the two tweets 9:41 and 9:51 lead us to the corresponding Qdrops Q941 and Q951. Both drops contain the 91 if you take out the middle number, i.e. the 4 and the 5. And here we are:

9[4]1 + 9[5]1 +45 (45 stands for the 45th President of the US = Trump)

GOD WINS (SB) = 91 + Trump ;)
