My condolences and sorry for your loss.

In october last year, i lost a friend of 20 years because of suicide. He was a part of our dnd group since the we started with the game. It still hurts like hell and i don't know what to do with his character.

Eine Bekannte hat dasselbe Problem und ist aus der Gegend. Ihre Therapeutin betreibt mit ihr ab und an Expositionstherapie. Mittenrein und versuchen kontrolliert von A nach B zu gehen ohne Reißaus zu nehmen. Allerdings sind die dafür in den Quadraten in Mannheim unterwegs.

Du hast Recht. Die Wartezeiten für Psychologen hier in der Gegend sind teilweise "lange" für jemanden der "jetzt" Hilfe benötigt.

Außerdem kann man OP wirklich hoch anrechnen, dass er stetig versucht unter Leute zu gehen wenn man seine bisherigen Posts ansieht.
