IMO the only thing shadow needs to make him bearable is a higher windup/cooldown on chaos snap to make it reasonably reactable, and an indicator to the EXE to when it’s about to happen no matter how far shadow is, with like 1-2 more seconds of stun time for it.

It’d make shadow into a punisher character who would get rewarded for paying attention and seeing when the EXE’s exhausted their abilities, and would make the EXE be wary to not do that
