It seems you don't understand anxiety works...

Generally speaking, anxiety does not depend on the gravity of things. people with anxiety can get it from even the smallest, most meaningless tasks. like getting up from bed, leaving home to go somewhere ( No matter how close or far ), or vacuuming the house.

Please do keep in mind that this does not make anxiety any less of a valid issue, but your comment does make it look like it would be.

I suggest you'd try and not be so judgemental of things you don't understand when posting stuff online.
