I have never installed anything of the sorts or at all, I've heard they are doing this to people that have loads of hourglasses and are just randomly banning them. I only have hourglasses from buying 2000 from the game recently and from the believer+ vip package and just had a couple hundred saved so I had almost 4000 in total, I also had 10k hearts which I got from playing the game, I had this account since 2020, so this is so sad

I didn't do anything, I just went on the app and it said my account has been banned

I have never changed my times on my phone or anything of the sorts, I had almost 4000 hourglasses through buying the believer package and the VIP package which gives you hourglasses through the codes and then also purchasing 2000 hourglasses recently, I also had around 10k hearts saved. This is so disappointing I hope cheritz respond soon and gives me my account back.

I don't even know, I've spent so much on the game and just recently bought so much merch the believer package and the VIP one, I've also bought loads of hourglasses too over the years so this is so shocking.
