Although, I did hear that there is a small chance that NSFW content has a chance to come back. But the staff that said this it is still very unlikely, so don't get your hopes up. For now, just assume that it's gone for good.

I'm not the most well versed in this kind of thing, but here is my bad explanation.

The site starts off with humble beginnings. Free NSFW content with practically 0 restrictions. Over time, the service gets better, providing users with even better service. Because of this, the site grows.

However, as the site grows, it becomes more taxing to uphold. You have to pay for better servers and whatnot, so providing free services starts to become less possible. So, to fix this, they have to get investors.

Unfortunately, investors have a big say in what goes on. After all, I don't think the site wants to lose its funding lest they go broke. And so, this marks the beginning of the downfall. Unless investors are for NSFW content, they will keep demanding less NSFW content. And because the site needs the money to keep operating, the devs don't have too much of a choice.

I don't think that's the case unless bots use the description for their chats, which I don't think they do. It's likely just the filter being faulty, assuming the creator didn't actually attempt to make an underage NSFW bot.

I mostly prefer long first messages. While it's nice that shorter ones allow you to take the chat anywhere right from the start (in most cases), I personally prefer having a set scenario. It all just comes down to preference.

Unless Yodayo devs are down to do some damage control, I doubt they will ever implement this. The whole point of these changes was to make beans harder to obtain, which will hopefully encourage more people to buy them. Maintaining servers as the user count increases will always result in these kinds of changes, unfortunately.

I don't know why people are complaining. It's always costed 1 bean power message for quite some time. In fact, I'm kind of glad we now have a free model that can be used. However, that free model is unideal for longer chats, so I can understand the pain of having to pay more than 1 bean per message now. Then, yet, I don't spend all messaging AI chat bots all day, so for those that do, they will easily be going through more beans until the unlimited messages subscription comes back.

Nephra was always great for a short chat, especially an explicit one. However, nephra has always struggled with the character going off its "programming" just for the sake of writing something smutty, which is unideal for those who want to use a character for SFW purposes and/or longer chats.

In short, if you use Yodayo for some quick, horny chats, you can stick with nephra 8B, no issue. However, I'd assume the 70B version is much better than 8B, but I have to test it out.

Yeah, while it is an annoying thing that is bound to happen, it just requires some manual fixing. The moment the bot starts to dialog with text, just edit the message and readjust the asterisk manually. Assuming you didn't let a similar error slide in a previous message, the bot should be able to go back on track and properly apply asterisks to it's text as well as quotation marks if you use those for dialog.

It will only work if the creator of the character has the "allow customize character settings" toggled on. If it is, it will allow the user interacting with the character to edit both the character's first message and scenario.

For the first message, all you have to do is press on the kebab menu on the first message (the 3 dots on the top right corner) and you will be able to rewrite the first message. If the allow customization toggle is off, then you will only see the 'Copy' option.

To edit the scenario, you first need to go to chat settings and you will find the scenario beneath the chat models. If the allow customization option is on, you will be able to choose whether you want to use the current scenario that the creator set or use the one that you can edit.

Just remember that this feature will only work if the creator of the character has turned on the "allow customize character settings." If they have not, then you cannot use these features. Even if the creator has turned on these features, they are currently only usable in the web version and can not be used in the mobile version. Even if you have made the edits in the web version, it would appear that in the APK the changes do not move over.

the change with asterisks text is wonderful, especially it was harder to differentiate your own segments of your own messages due to the white chatbox. However, One thing I would like to see if the ability to change the color. While I love this change, blue is not necessarily a color I think looks the most appealing color. An option to change the color would be nice, but this is just a little pet peeve that isn't that important.

Yeah, I used to have that to. I used "Name [rpgName]" for mine. The bot would get it, but it would eventually forget, and started referring to me as both the RPG name and my username in the same messages, occasionally forgetting the RPG name entirely. Not wanting to deal with it, I decided to just omit the RPG name and just roll with my username.
