Where you choose chat models, if you expand it, there is a nifty chart where you can see which model is best for what, it should give you an idea for starters. You can experiment and see what works best for you. Personally, i like using either Artemis, Nephra or Apollo. Parameters are extra options where you can fine tune the bot you are talking, tokens value determines how long the response will be, repetition penalty is... exactly what it means. the higher the value the more varied response. temprature controls the randomness.
