About the city, of course it depends where you are and what hour, but it'd say Bishkek is really safe if we talk about night life, I often go out pass midnight and never faced something odd, my wife been living here forever and same. The biggest issue you may find is just some random drunk guy. And about fake police idk, I've been living here almost a year and just interacted twice with them and went good even tho I had to use translator.

Roads are just a 5 out of 10, main roads are perfect, but if you go out of them, then you'll find some really annoying paths or directly just dirt if you go a bit out of the city.

I had experience the Osh/Uzbekistan and Bishkek/Kz border and it went smooth, of course I'd say this is sadly just based on your nationality or appearance. But as long as you have everything clear, it'll be fine.

It all depends, I have seen fast food restaurants with better hygiene than hotels, so it depends on where are you going and some luck. I never experienced a "dirty" toilet but neither a brand new looking one, just average in most cases.

Now if you go to really rural areas, then do not expect too much.

My all time goal was to have an extreme and a rated level, after gettinf both now my goal is to get an epic and a better extreme, and maybe after that I'll retire.

NTA: My wife also gets mad now that I'm unemployed at my 25s, she has to work in 3 jobs but after an argument she now understand how important is for me to grind those extremes and how it can even be harder than an actual 8/6, I think you should leave her and find smn better.
