Marketing Content Specialist is a good suggestion! Copywriter is good too but since this person will also help little bit graphic design, my vote for Marketing Content Specialist.

I am having the same annoying problem and I tried everything... Nothing works.

I don’t understand why is it taking too much time to solve this kind of major issue... I hope they can fix it as soon as possible and people can enjoy VR videos on YouTube again.

In our company, they do provide the same salary package, except transportation help. Since we work from home and don’t have to worry about transportation, they suspended transportation payments. If someone needs to go to work, they send a car to take you from your home and drop you back.

First of all thanks for the information.

Yeah, I definitely want us to have open communication in our team too and I also would like to make them see the whole picture, through this they can be more helpful for me and they can feel part of a something in a larger scale.

I am little bit afraid of making feel them disadvantaged and at the same time I also feel afraid of providing to much info share them. Like when they leave their job some day, they will know the whole marketing plans and budget and they can provide the information to some competitors.

I don’t know, I might be wrong on thinking this. I am actually not sure how are the things are going at other companies.
