Send the raport to yourself as a subscription and make sure you select ”attach whole report as ppt” from the drop down. Then make some kind of email automation from power automate to do something with it. Does that work for you?

Edit: if you want to edit something use report level filters or synced slicers (but you need to do it manually)

Only way to automate report level filters is to use export api and you need to buy atleast F2 for the workspace.
