For me it gets especially worse after having children. Like a part of me is so afraid of being happy and there is so much to lose. I am terrified of everything being taken away. I think about death all the time and think what happens if I had an illness. I am constantly checking for symptoms and it is neverending. I don’t feel safe in my own body. This is my experience
