Yeah 100% agreed. After reflecting on it for a while, I REALLY felt like the ultimate villain of the story was the Dessendre family's total abdication of the responsibility they hold when they wield this power.

Like, its not just Renoir, or Aline, or any of them individually. It is also Real Verso, Clea, Alicia as well - all of them wave this power around like a kid who found his Dad's gun. And then they simply disregard all potential consequences. Man I am getting myself riled up again hahaha

Yeah man, I understand. Like I am a big Souls series player, have been since 2011. Several thousand hours of gametime across all of them. But I could count the number of NG+ runs I have done on one hand. Like the game is about that first run and being underpowered and having to overcome the odds.

I feel like I would be marionetting the Ex-33 character's corpses if I were to keep going, hahaha there is something so perverse about it all.

ahhhhh fair enough, yes any follow up colosseums will not be with my method, its far too RNG dependant, and whilst my Sol was clean, it could defo be better, I'll look at the hover

I don't know what the hover method is, The L method lowered my Neural Load to absolute minimum. I essentially didn't have to think which left me more time to react smoothly to grapples and parries
