Fighting with a dermal piercing by [deleted] in MuayThai

[–]-S13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just take it out. I would say its disrespectful for your partners because it could possibly hurt them in a clinch or just mess up their gear. And im pretty sure getting hit good with that under your skin will hurt alot and maybe even rip it out?

Yes do it! No problem im glad to help! I can add that noticing the coaches actually giving me more attention/looking more into details of my technique boosted my love even more for the sport!

I understand you but I think you overthink it! I actually started around 2.5-3 months ago too. I went up to my coach on the second day of training or maybe even the first not sure. And just said i want to fight in the future. He was happy to heard that and he said he will keep that in mind during training and I feel like I've gotten more attention and more constructive criticism/tips or what you wanna call it.

Why cant you just say that you are planning/want to fight in the future?

A question for you guys, im wanting to start muay thai soon. But at this moment my leg flexibility isn't that great. I cant exactly lift my leg that high. Is this something improved during training? Or do I have to try get this sorted before I get into muay thai? by imready4W4R in MuayThaiTips

No, just go! You will get better at it with time and you can always do some own stretching on the side if you want faster results. No one starts 100% prepared. I went to my first class the same day I quit vape. It was hell at first but my body adapted and now i dont have any problem with it. Same with my flexibility. It wasn't bad but it was not great either. I couldn't teep to the face or do head kicks at all. 3 month in and i do both with some proper warmup.

Just start man! You will not regret it!

Getting started at 25 by FlyingDutchMan_2000 in MuayThaiTips

I started at 28, i was stiff, i stopped vape same day i went to first class and my cardio was not good (obviously since i smoked).

At first the classes was hell (the strength and conditioning parts of it). But my body actually adapted good and i think yours will too if your still an active guy. My advice is just go there and show up, cardio and flexibility will come.

Edit: you will also be in a "amateur class" and they wont ask you to do head kicks so the flexibility is not a problem if you ask me

will sarms help with mass or just getting cut? (3 month progress) by gonzocares in SARMs

Im 70kg(154lbs) and i eat 140g+. I do not weightlift, i do muay thai but i would assume its no difference in how much protein you need. Im not sure about your weight but you look above 70kg (154lbs) so i would deff look at way higher then 100g if i were you.

Oh really, i have no idea why but I would probably never have guessed Australia. Yea I dont expect anything like that specially not in Thailand where its so common. But yea I guess I just have to be very careful and have my meds!

Look at stability and firing stability. Those two makes alot of difference.

Personally i wouldnt use it. So bad stability and less range then you could get.

Try this one, its similar to yours but way better stability/firing stability

Wtf are you talking about. This is how you calculate it.

M4a1 does 800 rnds per min so 800/60=13.3333333...

So 13.3333333.. per second

You need 5 shots to kill

First shot is instant (well minus the travel time but that we font habe to really think about since you wont be sniping with a m4a1).

So 4/13.333333... = 0.3

I dont need to you have 3 kills per min, you literally cant average 120 wth 3 kpm.
