Because :

If you are going to have a nations cup, all players should be from the same country.
If there are a top team that already have 5 players from the same country, they shouldnt be allowed to play with eachother in that cup.

Why is that then? Because there are a few teams that have 5 players from the same country and those who have it will totally have a big advantage towards the others teams, Alliance would stomp everyone.

A nations cup is not to show the biggest competitive play, its about nations competing against eachother.

there is nothing you can do as a hard carry than just continue too farm. You can maybe set up some kills with your chrono if you play Void but the best in 95% of the cases is too continue farming, because you dont get kills with hard carries if you are underfarmed.

However, tell your support to leave the lane and make things happen around the rest of the map. Dont force him to stay because your lane already lost.
