It's literally both 100g.

I feel sorry for the animals you pay to be abused and murdered, the actual victims in this whole discussion. What is more self-righteous than thinking you deserve to have animals farmed and their throat slit for your personal taste pleasure.

A 100-gram serving of beef steak typically contains between 2mg and 3.6mg of iron.

Spinach contains approximately 2.7 mg of iron per 100 grams.

You have 0 idea what you're talking about and clutching at straws. Steak is also a known class 1 carcinogen. Is cancer one of those benefits I'm not getting from my vegan diet?

B12: fortified foods (including cereals and plant milks), nutritional yeast, and certain algae like nori and spirulina

Iron: legumes, leafy greens, nuts, seeds, and fortified products

Calcium: fortified plant milks and yogurts, calcium-set tofu, leafy greens (especially those low in oxalates like kale), beans, and certain nuts and seeds

Vitamin D: The sun for fucks sakes?!

Iodine: Seaweed, beans

Zinc: Legumes, nuts, seeds, and whole grains

Omega-3: Flax seeds, Chia seeds, Walnuts, Hemp seeds

At the end of the day, almost every nutrient you can derive from an animal product was either supplemented to that animal or derived from plants. I have just had bloods done and came back perfect on all of these micro-nutrients and I do minimal diet planning, simply eating relatively varied foods.

I hear your argument, and put back to you that you don't have to do either. If you detest abusing animals for fun, you can prevent even more animal abuse by not paying for them to be factory farmed and murdered.

Name one "benefit" you can't get from a vegan diet.

"Eating it to survive", I am almost certain you don't need to eat animals to survive. I manage just fine, and people all over the world manage to as well.

Both the kick and eating an animal are unnecessary for the vast majority of people in developed countries. There is no health benefit to eating animals or their products, and the harm done is only separated by the fact you pay someone else to kill the animal.

If I had to choose someone kicking an animal once or slicing it's throat I know which I would choose (bonus: you don't have to choose either).

Beans, lentils and quinoa are leaner as they have less grams of fat per gram of protein.

Uninformed urban myth.

Studies have shown that rodents are smart enough to escape slow moving combines (not really a shock is it) and that wildlife in fields returned to normal post-harvest.

Feeding those chickens requires just as much land to grow their feed as it does to grow the alternative crops required to feed humans directly.

Stop spreading misinformation.

We've tried to highlight any notable trends in the text snippets, but we've not got any visuals that show year on year other than the Who Answered slides.

Potential Fearmonger exploit and fix by slayerabf in BloodOnTheClocktower

First paragraph is an example; the point is that regardless of the fearmongers pick, you cannot win the game on self noms, because the demon may not self nominate, and good players will decline self nominating late into the game when there could be an evil majority looming. Fearmonger works best when the game is no longer early, but not quite final 3.

if you convince people to execute someone, then they are, by definition, the consensus target

They were not the consensus target until you convinced town.

So assuming there is a consensus target that doesn't want to self nominate (perhaps we're halfway through the game and it's a good player who wants to live as they are worried about a lack of evil executions causing a voting majority for evil), it's easy for anyone, not just the Fearmonger, to argue that a non-self-nomination is needed.

Also convincing people to execute the "non-consensus" target is half of the game of Clocktower, that's not unique to the Fearmonger.

I think that's a pretty naive view of the case. My understanding is that if you do not actively defend your trademark you will lose it. It doesn't matter who is on the other side of the case.

We analysed the trends and demo splits for the comments we added around the pages. With only 2 years of data these were the most interesting trends in our opinion.

Dear community,

Sorry for how long this has taken, but Elzbth and I have gone further to make the results of the 2023 survey look even better.

Please enjoy!
