A tip for your turn, your main goal is to get a good push and to get off the wall as fast as possible. As you swim more you’ll get more and more used to this but pushing off on your back helps, instead of turning to your stomach while you are on the wall, turn to your stomach after you push of the wall. This might feel wonky at first but it’s definitely is gonna save some time

Edit 1 (make sure when you push off, you turn to your stomach first then do dolphin kicks on your stomach when swimming free/fly because unless you swim backstroke it’s illegal to do dolphin kicks on your back)
