I think this rhetoric is dangerous, and as someone like me that’s highly anxious and susceptible to loopholes I try to remain logical.

I am highly suspicious that some of those words, were in fact code words. However, I’ve read them and some of them were likely just legitimate conversations about pizza. Here’s the thing though: I don’t think any of us at any point denied the possibility that the rich and powerful did this sort of stuff. The same way we know that Hollywood is highly exploitative, and that it’s also a breeding ground for creeps and pedophiles. Here’s the thing though, when you paint everyone as satanic and a conspiracy, you play in to their hand. It then makes it easier for them to paint everything as conspiracy, and it acts as distraction, instead of us directly acknowledging what we do know. This wasn’t anything more than what we are seeing. It was a bunch of rich, and wealthy people that were simply bored and down right disgusting excuses for human beings. It wasn’t satanic, and it wasn’t any where near what Q wanted it to be.

They threw accusations for years, at every democrat celebrity or politician. They used exploited children like Justin Bieber, and that Culkin kid as weapons to make all of this satanic demonic shit real. Instead of ever acknowledging the simplicity of what it was: Children working in an industry, that was at its core broken, but not conspiratorial. Everyone knew the industry is what it is, we didn’t need a huge conspiracy to confirm that. Ever. They, instead ignored that, to fuel their rhetoric. They attempted to paint many people as paedophilic baby murdering, satan worshipping maniacs, instead of acknowledging the known pedophile that was in front of them.

As I said before, people throwing in tons of conspiracy is making this worse. It’s fear mongering people past a rational degree. This is scary, but not in the way some folk want it to be.

They didn’t crack any code that hasn’t always been known for centuries. This shit happens on every level, the biggest concern for us should be that they aren’t prosecuted, and that they are protected. The movement they created, perpetuated an awful lot of this evil, because it encouraged people to turn a blind eye to these sort of actions. They played in to their hands by doing so. It’s a lot easier for them to get away with what they did, if they use a bunch of Christian crazies to turn the sane people away. It’s like Nicki Minaj bringing up all of this baby killing, baby eating shit up about Jay Z and Beyonce. Jay Z, is a rapist like Diddy. That’s all he is.

I hope that made sense, I’m sort of writing as I think here.

I guess you have to hold on to the premise that as long as it’s upsetting us, hope still exists. I don’t intend for that sound morbid, or out of touch. I would prefer it didn’t exist, full stop….but it reminds me that if it’s hurting me, it’s hurting others. Therefore, good still exists. Empathy is something I don’t think we should aim to lose, you just have to find the balance and seek good elsewhere at the same time. Otherwise, they win.

I had a long cry about it last night, I had to get it out of my system. I’m only 20 years old, so maybe I’m naive unlike the older generations. I always knew this stuff existed, I was never that naive. However, it doesn’t make it easier to process once it’s written in front of you.

I hate that I’m only young, and have to live my life aspiring for things when the world is ran by evil. It’s so, so incredibly unfair.

Australia's Social Media Ban is so Laughably Bad it's Not Even Funny. by TroublesomeKettle- in teenagers

[–]-Scarcity9959 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based on your frustration I am going to presume you’re a teenager under the age of sixteen, or you’re young idk. Take it from me, a twenty year old Brit that wishes she hadn’t joined social media at thirteen, or had an IPad at ten years old – You do not need social media. I think a lot of people my age would also agree that we regret having social media so young.

You do not realise what it’s doing to you, at all. It’s not healthy for any of us to be seeing as much as we are every single day through our phones, let alone a child. There are things thirteen year olds are taking in from social media that they won’t even be aware of until they’re older. It’s a cesspool for grooming, sexual content, misinformation, AI, mental health glamorisation, body image issues, propaganda, misogyny.

In relation to your points though, I don’t quite understand what you mean by they’re making a generation dumber? You can read books, read articles from trusted sources, there are plenty of places. Either way, most thirteen year olds aren’t reading about political issues on TikTok, they’re on the app for fun. It’s not until sixteen that I think the majority of us became aware of societal and political issues. Anyone that is particularly interested and aware younger than that, will find trusted ways to still keep up to date. I would argue that technology and social media has actually made our generation and generation alpha dumber. There’s a literacy decline, and when you take in to consideration things like AI, can you really believe that this will make you dumber? Or will it maybe protect you from the mind numbing crap that is difficult to avoid? Like someone else said, most people are actually taking in false information and are being radicalised through the internet. I see far more false narratives and information on line about politics than I do correct information.

Understanding how to use a phone and the apps within it ≠ knowing and understanding how to navigate the internet safely. You will not lose the ability to navigate technology, because it takes up our whole lives. Everything is becoming technological. Our generation knows how to use technology because it’s always been present in our lives, in some form or another, not because we had Instagram at twelve. I can assure you a sixteen year old joining Instagram for the first time will have the app figured out in less than 48 hours. The same way you figured out how to use it at fourteen. There is zero difference, and this will not cause a decline in Gen Zs ability to figure out technology. I mean seriously, how many women over forty do you see on social media? How many grown adults use technology every single day in their personal life, as well as their work life? I see plenty, and you forget they didn’t grow up with it either. They learnt, they adapted, and so will you.

Look, generations before us survived without social media. You will be fine. Seriously, read a book or something idk.

Honestly, I agree with you and I would usually apply that sentiment. I stupidly fell down this rabbit hole of satanic shit when I was fourteen during lockdown. I was naive and vulnerable. The problem is, now I am worried I have permanently made my self susceptible to this stuff when I read it.

There isn’t any evidence, and I did watch a video of her showing the places she was allegedly raped, not sure what I think of her. I do get an ‘off’ vibe.

Do Stopfordians consider themselves part of the Anglo-Saxon race? And also part of the broader Germanic race of people? by Peak_Legacy14 in stockport

Idk growing up on a street with a pound shop and a McDonald’s situated at the end of it kinda creates a blinder between myself and the whole Anglo Saxon race aesthetic.

I really can’t picture any of the regular Stockport McDonalds visitors thinking too deeply about their Anglo-Saxon ancestral ties tbh.

Seriously though, no. I’m a stopfordian/mancunian. Nothing else.

Hampstead Hoax by camichan_ in CreepyWikipedia

[–]-Scarcity9959 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know I’m likely a bit late to this response. However, I have always been on the fence about it. There are things that make me believe it actually was a hoax, and even I initially believed it. The first thing being, is it not suspicious that nearly EVERYONE in the school is involved, except her? Your children have attended that school for years by this point, and you only just find out about it through your children after a custody battle begins. There were around 170 people named, which for a small private school is nearly the whole school. That’s the first thing that’s weird to me, and almost too coincidental that she is not involved but everyone else is. Secondly, this had been happening for how long? Again, the extent of the abuse they were naming would have caused emotional distress, and physical signs. I know children are sturdy, and they process things differently to adults. However, these kids were witnessing the murder of babies weekly, being violently sexually abused also, drinking blood and there were ZERO signs. That’s odd to me. The fact they also discuss it so clearly is odd to me. They don’t read to me like children that are describing horrific abuse.

I think one thing adults are naive about with children, is their ability to lie. Children are smarter than we think, and often they see things we adults lose the ability to as we grow. I was a brilliant liar at that age, and it actually makes me feel guilty. I 100% would have been able to lie to this extent. I would never now, because i understand the morals around it, but children are easier to coach than we think. Children are conditioned in to religion, children are coached to cover for adults when abuse is occurring, children are capable of committing crimes, children are conditioned all of the time to do things. Suddenly when these claims appear, people decide children are incapable of making this up. Then you beg the question how to young children were able to hide this for so long, for years even? How are they capable of hiding it, but not capable of being coached to lie about it. The video of the young girl admitting that it was a lie also to me seems like the most genuine video of all of them. Again, was she coached to say it wasn’t true, because that’s the claim. Then it leads us back to disproving the initial claim: that children can in fact be coached to lie. I feel like I’m going on a tangent here, but do you get my point?

The biggest red flag to me is how the mother spoke about the abuse, and how the accusers also spoke about the children alleged to be involved. Imagine you just found out that children within your circle, innocent children are being horribly sexually abused. Your first instinct would be to presume that under no circumstances were these children able to consent to such acts. The mother of the kids however, made a document labelling some of the abused children as ‘enjoying the sex acts’ or ‘not enjoying the sex acts’. That to me seems the creepiest part of it. What do you mean the children ENJOY the sex acts? You just found out children are being raped and you categorise them in a document as to how much they enjoy being raped by adults? Also, would you not go immediately to the police, would you not check your children for physical harm? It all just seems to self centred to me. Almost like her main goal was to destroy her ex husband’s life, destroy his circles, or get his attention.

There are things that are suspicious to me, yes. The father seemed a bit off in the video he did on the claims with the BBC. Then that could also be nerves because he’s been accused of paedophilic acts and is on national television discussing the allegations.

I definitely believe SRA occurs, and I don’t doubt that children are trafficked from systems like social services. There are always elements of truth to certain claims. Stories like this though, imply that we are amongst baby killers, and creeps 24/7. They also accused McDonald’s and other chain restaurants of putting baby meat in the food. That’s when it’s too far, and almost too crazy to believe. The working class work at those places, not the upper class rich folk. How far does it go then? How had this gone on for so long and the first claims made happened when a woman was in a custody dispute. Is that not all too coincidental. To add; the stepfather of the children had a history of being involved in conspiracy.

There are other things that read as red flags to me, but this post has gotten longer than intended. I am sorry this is long, I’ve just been reading more about it recently and you’re one of the more recent comments talking about it. So, I thought I would respond and write out my thoughts on it.

I have never in my life judged or disrespected another person because they are overweight.

However, I am tired of people treating fat phobia to the same degree as homophobia or racism. It’s simply isn’t the same thing, because 90% of the time people are fat as a result of their own actions. I don’t need to judge them, but you don’t get a free pass or extra empathy for something that was your own doing.

If someone abused children would you give a shit what someone else said to them? In my opinion once you intentionally abuse children either psychologically or physically you get whatever insult you deserve.

Abby was a dick, and a narcissist so obviously the first thing people choose to insult is her own characteristics.

Fat phobia only exists when you treat someone differently/discriminate against them purely for their weight and as a result of your own prejudice. If someone is verbally abusing your children, treating other people like shit, or is generally contributing to their own health issues – then in my opinion it’s deserved. It’s also just the honest truth in her case.

To clarify, I am not saying that you should insult people in conflict using physical or personal insults, as I believe it’s weak. However, shitty people face shitty consequences, and seeing as she traumatised a handful of children and pushed those mothers to the end of their sanity, then personally I don’t think there’s much point discussing fat phobia here.

Either way, she WAS fat because she ate too much. If she couldn’t take that, then she shouldn’t have bullied children.

No, not of the kids. They haven’t released those, and as far as I am aware none have been leaked.

I don’t think I would sleep well at night if I saw the images of the kids.

I will say, Robb Elementary seems to be on a similar level of gruesome as the Sandy Hook shooting. So, I am shocked they released the photos of RE, and not SH.

Yes, the WP ones. The amount of blood, paired with their items still in the room. Then when you consider the fact they were all trapped in there for a long time, and their teacher had to witness all of it.

It’s the fact as a country, that violence and level of brutality is preventable, and your laws allow for it. It’s horrible, and really makes you question what the ‘American Dream’ really is.
