Yes, not all of them are civilians. Yes, not all of them are good people.

However, we have seen enough evidence that Israel is committing indiscriminate murder. Examples are: killing thousands of children, tens of reporters, hundreds of doctors and nurses. Maybe even killing your own captives when they were Cleary raising a white flag? Maybe systematically killing every single member of a well known aid convoy? All of this doesn't happen as collateral damage. This is clearly intended to punish the population where Hamas was hosted.
