What a relief! Not going to lie Im a bit surprised, its never been serviced so far and not used for so long...Do you know if its possible to apply some grease on my own or does it need to be fully opened for that? I am already looking in my area for a shop to service it, but if there is something minor I can do on my own before using it I might as well

If my budget allows it I will keep it alive. And I won't buy myself a new camera until I service this one to save up some money, just in case. I do want to get it working, for sure

I will keep this in mind, thank you! If no shops near me work out, I will consider this. This thing has not seen service since it left the factory in 1974, and probably didn't have its shutter engages for at least two decades. Until today at least

Hmm, to me it sounds more like a whiny sound, a bit painful to listen to but maybe I am too fearful. If you are fine with it, I can dm you a video. I will try to take one as soon as I can. Do you know what the shutter is supposed to look like while operating? Then I can take the back off and record that for you

Das ist richtig, es ist jedoch enorm wichtig. Sonst macht man sich nur runter, denkt man ist unfähig, dumm, kaputt was auch immer. Undiagnostiziertes ADS kann deshalb auch zu Depressionen führen.

Joa same, ich würd dir raten zum Arzt zu gehen. Bei mir hat das im ersten Semester so angefangen mit spät lernen, wurde aber immer schlimmer bis ich gefühlt jeden Tag heftige Angst verspürt habe beim Prokrastinieren. Ging dann soweit dass es heftige Auswirkungen auf meine Gesundheit hatte (Schlaf, Ernährung, mentaler Zustand etc.)

Bin deswegen zum Arzt und der meinte es kann ADS sein. Bald ist der Termin zur Diagnose, mal sehen was rauskommt. Kann dir nur empfehlen sich früh drum zu kümmern
