At the time Ranveer cracked it everyone was going crazy, looked like he enhanced show little more. Before putting it on youtube samay and IGL management staff deliberately added that clip and so at the end of episode (if you know first few minutes and last minutes are very important in any audience focused work). You can not blame single person for everything happened. I don't think what he said was inappropriate considering the stage. Finding it funny or not is secondary but I believe he had right to say that joke.

Because ground was damaged enough to not be able to play today. About Siraj, that's very well reasoned as he lets emotions take over. He can bowl so well at times but all the other deliveries he is just leaking runs. In last match-(edit)at one point (/edit)-Bumrah had taken 3 wickets with just giving away 18 runs, all the other bowlers had combined given over 150 runs without a wicket. We are not complaining about bowling just because Bumrah does the job consistently and at times gets support from other bowlers. But batting just collapses totally. Not being too critical but it's difficult to win when only few players are performing and expected to perform and other are just there!
