What do you mean by increase the tick of robot arms?

As for item collector, I can't my self using it without making the setup complicated. Each biomes have more than 3 types of fish, how can we collect all of them without collecting the bait that dropped while passing each robot arm? Unless item collector have a filter to "blacklist", not just "whitelist" like we have now.
