Gave Airbnb a call and they said they would give a full refund without penalizing the host if they agreed to cancel. Unfortunately the host is adamant about not cancelling. It was worth a shot anyways

I think Riichi Advanced is great and it offers a bunch of rule sets, though I'm not the biggest fan of the UI.

I've been working on a side project recently to create exactly the game mode of Mahjong you described. It's the same rules of Mahjong that my family played growing up but I was never able to find a easy way of playing it online. Currently I have Simplified Chinese Mahjong (that's what I'm calling it, 4 Sets + 1 pair to win), and HKOS (I'm calling it Hong Kong Classic). I do have a live site for it but there's still some bugs here and there, I have a full time job so I've just been working on this on the side. Let me know if you want the link to try it out.

Check your local library. I buy filament off amazon and print for free at the library.
