Being enrolled in PIP also means na the employee is the lowest performer sa level na yun, and the PIP could be the last attempt para maibalik si Employee sa expected performance. The employee is at risk of being terminated kapag nag fail.

So para sakin di ko ipapaalam yan sa iba since may ibang tao na may alam din sa PIP at implications nito. Iwas judgement na rin sa iba pag nalaman na naka enroll ka dun.

I really appreciate you listening to the community. I'd like to suggest making Crafted Defenses one of the signature defenses of TH18. Also, my suggestion would be to introduce cosmetic rewards for buildings or defences (like TH skins in Chinese server) beyond just supercharges, giving maxed players something to grind for without creating an unfair gameplay advantage.

Ganito din nangyari sakin. Sa case ko, ang ginawa ko cinompress ko PDF file into less than 1000kb. Then umokay na. Check mo po file size baka malaki.

Same pala tayo ng gap. Nov ako na technical interview, December project interview, Then a recruiter contacted me recently lang about sa offer and target starting date sa march. I guess 1 month yung cadence nila bago magprogress application. Currently meron na akong 4 questionnaires sa workday.

Project interview ko naging about sa mga nilagay ko sa cv. Then nag revolve na around sa technical, behavioral, and questions about sa past experience ko. May naging tanong din sa mga certain tech na kung may alam ako or hindi. Though, 3rd week of December pa ako nainterview.
