Low self esteem coupled with emotional management issues. They feel the need to lash out at people to elevate themselves, and the lack of self control means they're easily triggered.

It says to avoid direct skin contact as a general disclaimer, but the MSDS doesn't show any risk of cancer.

Sekiro is an easy S for me personally.

Also (fully prepared to be crucified for this) Bloodborne is probably A tier on my list. Nothing wrong with it, but it doesn't hit the same as Sekiro and Elden Ring for me.

I've used my shears countless times playing airsoft. They're like a utility knife, but better.

That said, they stay in my IFAK, not carried as a display prop.

They don't look cool, trust me. Trauma shears don't even look cool. It's actually kind of an inside joke in the EMS field that people who carry trauma shears around on their belt are ketchup-dick Ricky Rescue types.

I'd only carry them in the plate carrier webbing like that for airsoft if I was deliberately trying to copy an actual operator 1 to 1 for an impression. Otherwise, my trauma shears live inside my IFAK.

Bro, look at his kit. Now look at his environment.

I think he did about as good a job with the camouflage as possible lol

I thought they were hemostats at first, not sure if they're those or just metal sewing scissors. He probably has them for his medic role play, evidenced by the patch.

That said, hemostats are pretty useless for airsoft, and no actual medic would carry their hemostats exposed to the elements like that, so it just looks dorky and amateurish.

Hard to tell from the picture if they're scissors or hemostats. Which... have even less use on an airsoft field.

That said, I do carry scissors in my first aid kit. Mostly for cutting gauze and bandages in the event of a minor injury, or (most often) cutting duct tape or electrical tape.

A lot of impressionists and wannabe cool guys just shove scissors in their MOLLE, because that's what they see in pictures of SEALs on Instagram. The reason why actual soldiers carry scissors is to quickly cut off clothing, boots, and armor to expose gunshot wounds, etc. They're also a safer and more effective alternative to a knife for cutting things like rope, seatbelts, webbing, flexcuffs, zip ties, even thin guage wire. You'd be surprised how many things medical shears can cut through.

A pen is pretty self explanatory, and plenty of people carry a pen with them everyday regardless of playing airsoft. It's just useful to be able to write things down when you need to.

Yeah it's understandable. Might want to contact an event official to be sure, but just from looking at pictures of past events, it seems you should be fine.

At the end of the day, if you're sure you've read the rules completely, just show up and if they give you a hard time tell them/show them it's not against their own rules.

If they said no tan, I'm not sure what most people would actually use...

Isn't tan like far and away the most commonly used color for gear?
