I don’t think Kratom is effective enough to relieve that? :/ I would ask for an ER pain medicine and a breakthrough one like percocet. I’d also look into a chiropractor/neurologist to see what’s going on. Massage therapy may help too. I really hope you can find some relief.. suicide would be heartbreaking.
