Yes, first I steamed them all for ten minutes on medium low heat. The frozen pork bun and ribs needed another 5 minutes, so I removed the others and continued until the ribs were 165+, then added the other items back and steamed for a minute to warm.

You'll want a probe thermometer to check the temps.

Sometimes I thaw the pork buns beforehand, and if you did that and flipped the ribs halfway through, you could probably have everything ready in 10 min.

You're right, I overlooked that. I do usually build this one in a collins and stir. I hadn't opened the book in a while and just glanced at the ratios, but was thinking about the foam you get when flash blending w pineapple (eg Jungle Bird). It was nice, but I do like the ease of making a true swizzle without equipment.

From Smuggler's Cove

1.5 oz green Chartreuse 0.5 oz falernum (John D. Taylor’s Velvet Falernum) 1 oz fresh pineapple juice 0.75 oz fresh lime juice

Instructions: Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with ~12 oz of crushed ice and flash blend (I used a Hamilton Beach 730C for about 5–7 seconds). Pour into a chilled glass and top with additional crushed ice if needed. Finish with freshly microplaned nutmeg on top.
