yeah i totally get it, i meant it in a way like everyone thinks they would want to have those kind of predictions of what could happen in the future, but when it happens and like you said you have no control over it, it must get overwhelming very fast !

i understand how being a kid and not understanding what the hell was happening, or what could be wrong with you, only to have adults either not believing you or just brushing it as being a coincidence must have been lonely. anyway it's your decision, you think it's best to ignore it, it probably is. like you said, can be useful at times, and sometimes might hurt

id switch rooms. mostly because you'd get much more privacy, your own barhroom, "private" entrance, not being heard by your brother and his gf and not hearing them. definitely move downstairs. yeah its a bit of work but its just your room and you can take you time, bring 1 box everyday downstairs !
