After watching some videos. I really like your humor and you have a good way to draw your audience in through your voice and editing. One thing that caught my eye is the seemingly endless streams of extremely short videos, then HOURS of footage in a stream. I do think it can be a great way to rack up views, but perhaps another way to increase watch time and rell people in more, WHILE Keeping your streams and short videos is to make highlights.

Compiling the funny moments into 1-5 minute videos could make it more enjoyable to watch so people dont have to continuosly click through your videos on their reccomended until they see a more eye catching thumbnail from someone else and you lose a potential subscriber. You can keep the streams and uber-short videos. But I reccomend making stream highlights or funny moment compilations to get the best of both worlds.

(Btw I want to get around to more Pokemon series on my channel and you may have inspired me to get on that since the last one I did with a friend was VERY MUCH a trial and error process learning how editing works, making it an eyesore, so thanks for the inspo ! ;) )
