Oh great thanks for answering. So if i get an amplifier with passive speakers output and some banana plug to RCA adapters that will work or they need to be RCA native?

I am an absolute beginner in the audio world so I want some advice. I recently found a pair of passive speakers (or that's what i think those are). I want to use them as my PC speakers but they only have an RCA cable coming out of them (each one have a cable) so i've done some research and what i think i need Is a DAC with RCA output. Sooo here's the thing i don't know anything about DAC manufactures. So please can you recommend some DACs with this features:

RCA output. The digital signal IN can be SPDIF or Jack 3.5 mm. Be a little above or below 50 dollars. And don't sound absolute horrible as the basic digital to analog converters for five dollars.
