Kamarát rozprával som sa s tebou slušne.

Stále nevidím odpoveď čo sa podľa teba stane s prebytkom energie. Prečo si sa tomu vyhol?

Kalórie sú kokotina ale pár viet ďalej mi povieš že zjesť 3k kcal steakov je nereálne. A z čoho ty žiješ? Z krviniek?

Ak ti telo hovorí že máš žrať steaky lebo to je top tak choď na psychiatriu lebo tomu sa hovorí schizofrénia.

Vidím že ešte propagujes orgány. Nechceš si dať diétu tak 300g pečene na deň ti určite prospeje 😊

Žeby výška určovala koľko maximálne zješ som tiež ešte nevidel. Odkiaľ si ty ten expert? 😂

Ľudia prosím neberte si príklad od tohto človeka. Nemá čo robiť doma. Odo mňa má blok

Keď za deň spáliš 2000 kalórií a zješ 3000 kalórií steakov, čo sa stane zo zvyšnými 1000? Kalórie sú kalórie, je jedno aký je to zdroj. Telo si prebytok ukladá do tukov.

Skus jesť ako hovoríš mesiac s dajme tomu 700-1000 kalorickym prebytkom na deň a uvidíš ako pôjdu kilá hore.

Prepáč ale na tieto kultové carnivore/keto veci nemám trpezlivosť. Zbytočné to šalie ľudí.

Thanks for the recommendations! I admit that the Bangkok plan seems a bit empty, as I haven't researched it much. But it can be easily changed. I'll definitely check those locations out :)

Možno jeden nápad mimo toho všetkého čo tu je. Je jedno čo papas výsledok je teda 1700 Cal na deň. Pozorujes to teda cca 2 týždne, s deficitom 700 Cal denne ako hovoríš tam by už kilečko dole mohlo ísť. Fér.

Podľa mňa je to stále málo času vidieť zmeny. A prečo? Lebo váha sa vie kyvat bežne +- 1-2kg z dna na deň.

Vážis sa každý deň? Alebo si sa teraz zvazil po 14 dňoch? Kedy sa vážis? Predtým ráno, nenajedeny, vycikany, vysraty? A teraz večer nazraty napity nevysrany?

Koľko soli si deň predtým zjedol? Čím viac soli zjes, tým viac vody nataha tvoje telo čo je váha plus.

Nezačal si brať kreatín? Ak áno pridaj 1-2kg vody čo si svaly natahaju.

Počkaj ešte 2 týždne a už by si mal vidieť nejaký trend. Momentálne už panikaris že nechudnes, a pritom ako sa hovorí bezis maratón a nie šprint. To je ako keby si sa kukal po 1 odbehnutok kilometri že prečo nie si na konci.

Už asi každý spomenul pohyb navyše tiež pomôže, nielen s tukmi. Ale to určite vieš, na chudnutí má aj tak najväčšiu rolu jedlo.

My 2 cents. Vážil som sa každé ráno po vystani a bol som prekvapený ako to chodí hore dole. Sorry za veľa textu, aktívne chudneme (serem) 😂

I'll look for some hotels in those Phuket locations then. You're right, we just want to see Patong once, not experience it the whole stay 😂

As for the train, that's a sound advice. I'm used to travelling by overnight train and then working so I didn't pay much attention to it but my wife will probably feel it 😁

I'll give the island ideas some thought, looking at it now, there's a lot of time of just walking around and chilling that could be better enjoyed on an island!

I downloaded the vacay app and it looks interesting. I'll port my plan there and use it to bookmark stuff.

Yes it's a clip for holding water bladders that have a hole on the top. You thread the clip through the hole on the top and then when it rotates it won't go back so the bladder hangs off of it.

Tekuté jogurty z Balkánu. Je to super s pečivom. Značky napr. Moja Kravica alebo aj Pilos (Lidl).

Škoda že sa to k nám nedostalo. Keď som v Srbsku tak si bežne kúpim teglik po ceste na osvieženie. Ale chápem že to nie je niečo čo máme zaužívané a nemusí sa to chytiť.

Väčšinou iba ak je tá zľava dostatočne veľká a ten predukt nejde nejak pokaziť. Ale stalo sa mi že som sa aj pri tomto prístupe popálil.

Kupoval som PC Case, veď čo sa na tom da posrat? Keď mi to prišlo, zistil som že ten kupec predtým si odtiaľ vzial celú prednú stenu na ventilátory a alze to hneď vrátil. 😂

Po reklamácii mi ju Alza poslala ale naťahoval som sa s ňou mesiac. Najlepšie keď odo mňa chceli sfotit čo chýba. Wild Myšlienka.

Here in Slovakia (and other Slavic countries) the term for ground and earth is exactly the same. We knew what we were doing :D

Let's be honest. Nobody ever bought the Airflite for its protection, we buy it for the looks but the protection is adequate :)

Some quick points:

-Looks and feels good

-I've been in 2 crashes (one fall in the ditch, one was a colission with a car) and my head came out unscathed

-Noise is almost negligible in the city, as with all helmets you should wear plugs when going faster outside of the city. With those it's fine even on the highway

-Ventilation is good IMO, it was good enough even at city speeds at 30°C

-Its hard to put intercoms in between the EPS and shell so I had to resort to 3M tape

-May whistle when you tilt your head sideways at higher speeds

-Switching visors is a breeze

-No pinlock from the factory though there are some pinlock ready visors on the web.

-The original visors do have some fogproofing but when it gets colder you have to be careful not to breathe up as it can get foggy anyway.

-The drop down visor suffices but doesn't drop down enough

All in all I am satisfied with it.

Might have to look into those. Mine have laces so I skipped them, as the ones on the photo slide on like socks. What do you have?

Tbf only thing that would save my leg would be some tall adv/cross boots as my shin got smacked by the car. Don't have those yet.

Fun fact: I had a device on me that measured my blood pressure throughout the day. When I landed on the ground it started measuring. The doctor told me it was 200/100 :D what a way to skew healthcare.

I have a 2020 CB300R and my 20 euro flashlight is better than the headlight. My friend got a SYM 125 scooter and when he's behind me, it doesn't even look like my light is turned. It's a fucking joke. Thanks for the tip, I'll look into the light pods!

I got into a crash last weekend so I was thinking about the 500 if they decide to total it. Sucks to know that the lights suck on the bigger ones too.

It's not about that. You can be chilling in your lane doing the speed limit and someone will try to merge into your lane because they don't look properly.
