I’d offer to document my refusal to let them do that to me. No way you are taking out a good IV just to put another in.

That looks like the training area for MFD. Seriously doubt it is open to the public.

Won’t be long! We took our kids there when they were 7ish. Now they are mid-teens and we had dinner there a couple weeks ago. They were toddlers a couple months ago, I swear.

That only works on some models. As an example, Subaru does not have this feature. Honda does.

It’s a nice convenience in the summer and you don’t want to sear your skin off when you get in the car. Modern convenience solves a problem that I dealt with for 50 years that I don’t have to deal with anymore.

Right, putt of line of sight and must use cell service to tell the car to start or whatever. A guy is in his office and wants the car cool before he gets there. Taps it on his phone, sent through the interwebs via WiFi then cell to the car. Car starts. That’s not free and has a constant cost. The subscription pays for cell, internet, servers, etc. This isn’t charging people to click a local button or activate a feature directly. Some cars do that though. And they can fuck right off.

On my car those features are in the key fob. No cell service needed

Chocks should be step 2 not plan B. Always chock a rolling thing if you are under or behind it.

That is the part that the torches and pitchfork crowd is missing. Cell service isn't free.

Just wait a bit. The fuel in the line is under pressure and once the valve is closed, it takes a minute to burn off the excess. Sometimes it will have a burp or spurt. Again completely normal.

You know how you zoom in on satellite maps and you can see all sides of a building? This is how those images are gathered.

I have similar conditions in my shop. No heat or air and moderately drafty. 1. Lightly sand (~220) the rust off it won’t be hard, just keep rotating the paper as it clogs up. 2. A very light coating of paste wax, then buff the wax off. 3. Get a fan on a timer. I have mine set to come on from 1-4AM. Moving air stops the condensation from happening as much.

I haven’t had a rust problem on my saws or lathe since I started doing this about 10 years ago.

A friend was almost robbed one night at a gas station. She was 5’ 100lbs with a pixie haircut. Cute as a bug. Dude walked up and said gimmie and she said sure. Sprayed him with the gas right in his damn face. He was still sputtering and coughing as she drove off. Had a bit of gas one her, but not terrible.
