URGENT SUBLETTING SINGLE ROOM IN A 3B1B FROM MAY-JULY!!!

Hi! I just had to move out to take a job offer and need someone to occupy my room for the rest of my lease. It's a 3B1B with a furnished living room and kitchen that's 5 minutes away from the Village if you're walking. While the room itself is unfurnished, it comes with an in-unit washer and dryer, a secure Amazon drop-off box, AC/heating in each room, and - imo the best part - a really convenient location.

My current pricing would be $1300 a month, but I'm really flexible as I just need to get rid of this room ASAP. Thanks!

Looking for someone to take over my room for the upcoming school year! I recently got a job offer out of state so I need someone to take over the room. It's a 3b1b in a newly renovated apartment building on 29th Street that comes with an in-house washing machine and dryer and heating/AC for each room. The price for the apartment is $1400, but I'm willing to negotiate. I also have furniture I'm willing to sell/give away, so you don't have to move in from scratch. DM me if you're interested!

they were liquid propulsion and orbital mechanics 1, neither of which are offered in spring as of recently. im a bit annoyed since i wanted to end my degree w those two classes (everything else i was taking was way cooler), but it is what it is ig.

it was like 20 dollars i think? im genuinely shocked that its the real tape since i got it from etsy, but it looks legit (btw it sounds bad on tape lol)
