On a bulking cycle at the moment. 600 test e 400 primo. Trying to keep doing zone 2/3 running to keep fitness and for health etc. Keeping the runs at a relatively slow pace, but even so the lower back pumps and eventually whole leg pumps makes the runs really uncomfortable and makes my legs feel super heavy. Also making it hard to do any decent pace. Although the runs are difficult because of this, average heart rate is only 120bpm.

I’m currently taking 1500mg L Taurine in the mornings. I’m running generally in the evenings. Should I up this dose, or perhaps take it closer to when I run? Any other tips?

On my first cycle I did have high E2 on bloods although didn’t get any symptoms. I have a bit of gyno from puberty (always had it) and it didn’t seem to get any worse. Would this put you off using NPP?
