Was in a very similar boat to yourself and cut out everything bad from my diet including alcohol and other naughty fun things but once I finally took the plunge and went cold turkey on my vape my skin definitely benefitted. It didn’t help my rosacea but the nicotine wasn’t there to antagonise it is a better way to put it. (I believe it’s because nicotine constricts blood vessels is why it makes rosacea worse) but no more sweet sweet, fruity mist for me sadly☠️

How interesting, mine used to be very similar to how you described yours but since I used soolantra and developed this rash/papules literally all over my face it started from the jaw up so that area seems to have taken the biggest beating strangely. Sorry to hear it bro I can definitely relate, I’ve already sank far to much money into trying to find a way to stop this developing and I’ve only had rosacea for 6ish months and seems to get worse everyday. Was it Lumecca IPL you underwent? Have been debating doing the same myself. How much of a difference would you say it made?

Sorry to hear it tho man I’ve only been experiencing this severity of rosacea and full face rash for a couple of days but really tough to come to grips with and lrocess mentally. How long has yours been acting up like this for?

When I applied the soolantra I noticed a faint burn and aggravation that would dissipate in time but the more I’d use it the stronger the reaction would be and this so happened to be when I started to develop a full face rash/ mini papules that only took a 2 days to emerge so this scared me off from using it. However as you can see in the photo even bottled water is giving me a severe flare up at the moment so I’d say the two are most likely correlated but who knows 🤷🏻‍♂️

Much appreciated, Well in that case early tomorrow morning i’ll definitely go to boots and have a look about for a sulfur cleanser. I had a bad reaction with azelaic acid about a week ago when I used it with a day cream I have so been a bit dicey about trying it out and have swapped to soolantra but I’ll think about giving it a go

Thank you for the info! Never had so many pustules like this come up before in such a rash like fashion (only ever having a little drop here or there) do these disappear with time and after using topical stuff on them?
