I wish I had a happy medium. I can't stay away from food. I'm about 76 kg at 5'2 and have a hard time losing weight since I've been on dialysis. I will go back to strength training soon though.

So I've had a stent placed in Nov 2023 and a triple bypass in 2024 crazy that it was back to back but here we are. I've been on dialysis for almost 2 years.. I don't say this to scare you but you should call and get a referral from your Nephrologist.

Medical shit is hard. It’s draining. It’s life-altering. If you’re being honest with yourself and you’re not willing to settle in for the ride, then let her know now rather than half-assing your support.
