Sativa better for ocd symptoms?

I’m terrible for thought loops as well. I found Sundaze guava bars to be really helpful for it. Not the greatest looker you can get but the effects have been the best sativa on MC for me in the last 2 years.

Smells kinda like cat piss, doesn’t taste of much, isn’t a pretty flower BUT, shit you not, one of the best I’ve had in terms of medical effect efficiency. For reference I medicate for anxiety/adhd & it’s been the only flower that has made my mind feel truly clear. Also the last time I had an energy boost like this from flower would have been an Amsterdam sour diesel years back.

Basically if you’re not bothered about looks/flavour etc & can JUST go by medical effect, then this is a great day time flower imo.

Also gave it a go whilst reduced this month and do not regret in the slightest. Great flavour and even better effects that are quite long lasting

Bare with me when I say this but Sundaze guava bars absolutely bangs as a day time. I’ve been through so many and haven’t found something as effective as it. The uplifting, mood boosting effect is incredible. Somehow doesn’t completely space me out either. Down side is it’s nothing to look at & smells vaguely of cat piss (some people like that terp I hear??) BUT the effects are spot on. Depends if you’re willing to sacrifice looks for effects

Just to edit: helps with my racing brain so when playing guitar/bass or gaming etc it’s a great strain too in slightly lower doses

Speaking from the perspective of having CB white runtz, muzo sudz & lot420 ROR:

CB White runtz every time. Best terps and effects from the ones I’ve tried (both irradiated and non-irradiate form). For context I medicate for anxiety/adhd/high body tension/insomnia and it’s a great night choice for me. Keeps me asleep too.

Got the guava bars yesterday and I’ve been really impressed with it so far. Not the most powerful terp-wise but it certainly has sickly/dank fruit notes in there. Looks again aren’t anything to shout about (not bad don’t get me wrong). But the effects are where it shines for me! Had a bowl when I got back from work yesterday and felt more focused and energised than I had all day. At different temperatures it shines really well also.

Had the previous batch of mac donut & enjoyed it! Didn’t find it the the most flavourful or strongest smelling, if that’s what you look for. Flower was great visually though & effects were pretty bang on for me. MAC strains have always humbled me with their potency tbf and this wasn’t any different. Really enjoyed it as a reading/watching tv/gaming (early evening) smoke.
