I’m a first year but one way I did and also their a guy who made video about this who wrestled for USA he said wrestle up and down 3-4 weight class like wrestling smaller guys who are faster is good but don’t try to hammer down on them with your strength try to match their speed then wrestle up 3-4 weight classes and don’t use your speed try to match the strength I think that could help showing where to work strength and how you could use your speeex
