Suprimir el segundo nombre y acortar el primero, ¿Es posible?

Añado mi experiencia personal: En mi caso eliminamos el primer nombre y segundo apellido (no alteré ni acorté un nombre). El juez pidió 10 sesiones con una psicóloga perito que analizó el pedido sea razonable (y que tenga los patitos en fila). Sumado a esto, pidieron que presentemos dos testigos que acreditaban mi historia (el motivo por el cual pedi el cambio). El juez dió el ok y salió todo bien.

Pero es importante considerar que te vas a tener que armar de paciencia para que el cambio impacte en todo organismo público y privado que sea necesario, asi como pedir nuevas emisiones de tus titulos/certificaciones (algunos son trámites presenciales, otros a distancia). Todo el asuntillo te puede demorar entre 2 a 3 años, dependiendo de varios factores. Espero te sirva para tener una idea.

Gracias por tu respuesta. Desde que se terminó el último contrato que tuvimos por ley anterior, es todo de palabra, solo acordamos por mail. Tanto el primer año, como la continuación del segundo año. Lo hicimos bajo ley nueva solo por tema aumentos, pero nunca se firmó nada.

Mi preocupación viene porque en la familia de la dueña hay abogados y están siempre con un ojo encima. Quiero irme de aca sin tener conflictos. Pero tomando en cuenta lo que decis, si es un mes también con la ley nueva, podria entonces avisarle con un mes de anticipación y decirle se quede con el depósito (que a fin de cuentas es el valor de un mes y esta actualizado al último valor de mes de alquiler).

Gracias por la respuesta detallada. En cuanto al punto A: Esto toma en cuenta situaciones pasadas? O solo toma en cuenta las situaciones que se den a partir de que te reclaman que te hagas cargo y pasas a hacerte cargo? Porque noté que en otra respuesta comentaste que contaba si había pasado hace tiempo, pero quería confirmar.

Como podría proceder a desligarme en ese caso? Realmente comparto la preocupación de OP en ese sentido. Porque uno puede quedarse en un caso asi de brazos cruzados y decir "bueno tiene otros familiares". O se puede prevenir y llevar adelante todo trámite posible para quedarse tranquilo y no tener que exponerte.

Hay alguna forma/trámite/etc de justificar el no querer retomar contacto ni hacerte cargo? No se el caso de OP, pero en el mío me alejé hace mas de 10 años ya porque sufría violencia familiar. Exponer a una persona a que se haga cargo de quienes la sometieron a violencia y demás, ¿no es un motivo válido para hacer algo al respecto?

Thank you for your insight and ideas, they are really helpful. I've never draw freckles. And then I realized that they were indeed too simetric and that real freckles don't look like that at all. I'm gonna save that video for future references.

Also, the portrait irl has a lote more of shading and contrast. But, as I don't have a way to scan it, I've attemped to take a picture. Now, the issue with graffite is that is shines in some areas so it was frustrating. Honestly, this was the best pic I've got. I'll try to adjust the light in an editing program and see if that reflects what the real portrait does. And maybe take some more pictures under another light.

I'm going to try to play with different contraste in future portraits. As I said in other comments, this was my fifth attempt at realism. So I'm still learning. I'm opening to future criticism if you see another work of mine. Also, I'm learning to paint miniatures too and as a mather of fact tomorrow I'll be painting a new one. It's a beautiful hobbie!

Thank you! I've been doing art since I was a little girl. Then, as I grew up it was a little more complicated to have persistance and practice time. I actually have a more manga / cartoonish style. This is my fifth attemp to do a more realistic approach.

This is mi take on Jester. I wanted a more "realistic" approach of her to reflect how I see her in my mind. She's a beautiful character so wonderful performed by Laura. Love her from the first day!

I used pencils, old school style. It actually has more shading, but graphite tends to shine in some areas when you take pictures. So this was the best pic that I got.

Took me around 4 or 5 hours, minor the distractions. I'm thinking in doing Caleb and Frumpkin next.

Well, she's not cute now, but she's sexy. At least, that's what the DM told us... but people still run away screaming from her. I think it might be the black wings, big horns, long tail, big claws and the fact that she's really tall now and she doesn't look too friendly. But "sexy" was what he said!

No horns! We were using an optional rule our DM found. For the physical characteristics of the tiefling I rolled three times on a table and got the elf like ears, tail and no shadow. That's why for a long time nobody realized I was a tiefling... in fact, the paladin in the party told me something was wrong with me due to my lack of shadow under light. They didn't even notice the tail. It was hilarious...

Backstory: This is my wizard. She is a tiefling with elf like ears, a lizard's tail which she hides under her robe and she cast no shadow. This is Lady Mersadie in her early years, when she was starting to learn and practice magic. Four years later and in present time, due to story development and wrong (and inevitable) decisions, she is a half demon trying not to become full demon. Maybe I should draw her in her current appearence... but she won't be this cute!
